When are you going to make more, or when will you have more of X quantity in stock?

Most likely never. We make very limited quantities, which typically means if something is sold out, we most likely won’t make it again. If by chance we happen to make more of a specific product, we will send an announcement to our emailing list first, and post an announcement on our social accounts after. Don’t snooze and stay posted by subscribing to our email list.


How long will it take for my gear to ship?

Please allow for a six (6) to twelve (12) business day fulfillment time, before we ship out your order. Current we ship by USPS mail & DHL. USPS mail and DHL shipments have an E.T.A of one (1) to three (3) business days depending on where you’re located in the U.S. Please see our Updates on COVID-19.


I emailed customer service, how long is the respond time?

Please allow us up to twenty-four (24) hours to respond. If your response time falls over a non-business day, we will reach out to you on the next available business day.


I placed an order that didn’t go through, but my online statement reflects I was charged for it, or I was double charged on my account.

This charge is a temporary hold on your bank/credit card placed by your bank, and it will automatically be corrected/removed within three (3) to five (5) business days.

Can I cancel an order after I just placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel order after it’s submitted. Please use the Returns/Exchanges link to initiate the return process. The Return / Exchanges link can also be found at the bottom of the page.
